To answer that question would require a lot more details. What color are they? How big are they? How many do you have? How long have they been there? Are they painful? Your doctor will make a determination after asking you these questions and examining you.

There is not really enough information here to answer this question. Talk to your doctor to see what they want you to do they may want to know if there's been a change in the size as well as how long they have been there. I hope this helps.

That all depends on the size and where they are and how many there are of them. It could be a form of acne cause from dirty pores and sweating or it could need doctors care.

Usually its either acne or a rash. If it doesn't go away soon you should see your doctor and get a proper diagnosis

Those small bumps could be anything, which means they could be tumors. If you think you have tumors on your back you should go see the doctor because when they pop they can be very nasty.
