The rotation will go from front row to back. If the person serving is in the back, that person will rotate foward while the other person will rotate to the left till there is no more positions. The last person on the left or second inthe front row, that will be the person's serve.

Traditionally, the 5 players rotate clockwise around the court, where they play in the back row and then in the front row. The 1 can substitute for anyone.
