You should make sure that you have a few games like baby shower bingo, where you have everyone write down things that they thing she'll get and cross them off as she opens the gift. Common sense will apply though- just make everything cutesy.

We had a decorate your cupcake baby shower. I made up a bunch of cupcakes and we each decorated them with a baby theme. A fun game is the chocolate diaper bar game. Where you melt different mini candy bars and put them in a diaper and you have to smell them. Make it to who the person is.
