What are the symptoms of HIV in women?

I worry that I might have HIV.

Symptoms occur early in the disease and include (but are not limited to) sudden weight loss, loss of appetite, and skin changes. Women with genital herpes are at higher risk for contracting HIV. HIV is not a death sentence. Get a simple blood test to determine your status.

The common HIV symptoms are weight loss, short-term memory loss and lack of energy. But there are early symptoms in women like sweating in night, strong and constant headache. In addition to these women with HIV can develop vaginal yeast infection, menstrual changes and Pelvic Inflammatory Disease.
