What are the symptoms of heart failure?

Are heart failure and heart attacks the same?

No they are not the same. Heart failure is caused by another heart disease which has weakened the heart. Heart attacks is not really different, but it is due to the lack of oxygen to a certain part of the heart, due to a blockage. Symptoms of heart failure would be shortness of breath, edema in the peripheral..

Heart failure is due to the heart not being able to sufficiently pump enough blood to the tissues of the body. The blood and fluid begins to back up into the lungs, kidneys and other tissues causing edema, (swelling) shortness of breath, fatigue and tiredness.

The symptoms of Heart Failure depend on which side of the heart is affected. The failure can be of two types, systolic and diastolicThe most common symptoms of heart failure are tiredness, coughing, breathing problem or trouble in breathing also called dyspnea, swelling in legs, abdomem etc. Pain in legs and hands, lack of appetite,etc

first chest will start to pain and that radiates to your arm and up to your jaw. when we feel this symptoms , it is a " HEART ATTACK " and we don't rush for near by hospital , it cause to "HEART FAILURE". HEART FAILURE IS DIFFERENT FROM HEART ATTACK.
