Often, men with chlamydia are completely asymptomatic. If they do have symptoms, a common one is penile discharge. They can also have symptoms when they urinate such as burning and or increased urinary frequency.

Common symptoms of chlamydia in me are discharge from the penis and mild irritation at the tip of the penis (urethra). While the irritation usually disappears after two or three days, the person still may be infected which can cause further complications. Untreated chlamydia can result in the inflammation of the testicles.

In many cases chlamydia is a silent infection, ie there are no symptoms. In men there may be discharge from the penis, and a burning or itching sensation when urinating.

Most men have no symptoms of chlamydia. They can carry the disease without manifesting any symptoms whatsoever, but if they have any sort of a discharge, they should investigate.

Itching around the opening of the pennis and a burning sensation when one is urinating. It can also have some effect with itching around the anus and since it is usually a silent disease it can go for so long without being detected. Always visit a doctor for proper check up since it can cause infertility.

For men, chlamydia symptoms often are: penile cloudy discharge and discomfort or irritation when urinating. When the infection is severe, a fever may be present and the testes may become swollen.
