If you take the ICP sensor off you can notice that their is a oily residue on the sensor then you will need to replace the ICP sensor. You can get them in any auto supply store for a small fee and even install yourself which save hundreds of dollars in repairs.

Your interior lights will blink and the radio and heat will work intermittently. All power accessories will shut down depending on how much the sensor is blocked.

The car will experience very rough idling when beginning to get weak. If and when the sensor goes completely out the car will not start at all. Take your car to a trusted auto service center and ask them to run a diagnostic test on it.

The voltage will be high than normal. It should be around a volt, when It will be at about 5 volts. The fuel mileage also will drop about 10-15 miles per gallon.

You would have to take it in to find out. Or just ask them how much it would cost to have it fixed. They would know what sounds it makes.

You need to monitor your ICP and IPR Duty Cycle. 450-500 PSI of ICP to start, 550-750 to idle, and should ramp up into the 2,000's when getting on it.
