What are the steps to installing a radiator in a Honda CRV?

1. Drain old radiator 2. remove hoses and fan assembly, trans lines if automatic 3. remove radiator retainer brackets 4. remove old radiator 5. replace any fittings necessary onto new radiator 6. install new Radiator & retainers, fan, hoses and lines 7. Fill with recommended coolant, Check for leaks. 7.

Prepare your tools you will need to do the install. Screwdriver, ratchet and socket, hose clamps. Extra towels and also the correct coolant. Locate the proper area for the radiator to be mounted. Fasten all areas snug when installing this part.

Drain engine coolant. Remove upper & lower and ATF cooler hoses. Remove fan motor connector. Takeoff upper bracket. Pull up radiator. Remove fan shroud assemblies and other parts from radiator.

Disconnect the negative battery cable. Remove both the upper and lower radiator hose. Disconnect the fan motor and upper radiator brackets. Place the radiator and seat it correctly on the pads. Connect the upper and lower radiator hose and negative battery cable. Fill the radiator with mixture of half engine coolant and half distilled water. Start the engine and run.

You will have to go to an auto parts store and get a manual. Tell them the make and model of it. Or you might have to take it in to have it fixed properly. Or you can look online to find out what you need to do to fix it.
