Not all women with gonorrhea show symptoms, but signs that usually show within 10 days are: pain while urinating, pain during sex, bloody or yellow vaginal discharge, heavy menstruation and bleeding between periods. If your ex's gonorrhea is confirmed, it is best for you to see a doctor, as gonorrhea can cause serious complications for women.
