The most common side effects of Seroquel include drowsiness or insomnia, constipation, unusual dreams, difficultly with concentration or speaking clearly, dry mouth, and joint pain. However, these effects and others should lessen, or subside, with prolonged usage. If the effects interfere or worsen consult your physician right away.

Side effects resulting from the use of Seroquel are not that common but some people may experience the following symptoms: dry mouth, increased appetite, constipation, nasal congestion, dizziness, drowsiness, sore throat or weight gain. Fewer people experience fainting, irregular heartbeat, increased saliva production, increased sweating, memory loss or menstrual changes.
