Some people have side effects when starting the pill, but there shouldn't really be any from stopping it. One thing that will happen is your periods will return to the way they were before you were taking the pills, so if they were irregular and/or painful before, they probably will be that way again.

When you stop birth control pills your menstrual cycle will change, you may not start your period at the same time as you once did as you have changed the pill regulated when you got your period. In addition your cramps and menstrual symptoms may become worse or more pronounced.

you may become pregnant even in next cycle, you may not enjoy sex due to fear of pregnancy, fear of becoming pregnant is not the side effect of drug, otherwise there is no any bad side effect on your health

Well, the main side effect would be that you just upped your chances of getting pregnant. Talk to your doctor first to find out the best way stop taking it.
