Talk to the Postmaster General at your local post office. He or she can best advise you as to how to proceed regarding this federal crime.

The first thing to do is speak to your local Postmaster. Some of the options he would advise you to do would be have your mail delivered to a post office box. Perhaps have your mail dropped through a slot in your home. There is no set standard way of dealing with this.

The very first thing I would do is call the post office and let them know that someone is stealing your mail, as I think they need to know that.
