You can go through the adoption agency and you can start the process from there. There is a 30 days time limit for the adoptions however, you can pretty much with the proper documentation you can have your child in no time.

There are a few websites with more details, but the basic rules are as follows: advertising permitted, pre-placement home study is required, adoption finalized 4-6 months and it is irrevocable 7 days after consent is signed or 10 days after child is born.

In this country advertisement is for permitted to adoption. Then give the legal and medical fees. Next father will sign the papers. Through hospital we can adopt the child.
