Some of the Pro's of Norton Anti-virus are it's easy to use user interface and it's constantly updated virus database. A few of the Con's would be how annoying it can be to uninstall Norton if you want to switch from Norton to another Anti-Virus program and it's cost considering that similar free programs, such as Avast, exist.

One of the pros of norton virus protection is that it has very reliable virus scans. Another pro is that it can be set to scan your computer without you even telling it to do so. The cons however are that you must pay for a license key and for a rate or else it won't work properly.

The reasons to consider getting Norton Anti-Virus are that it is a well-known, experienced leader in its field with a helpful support site and virus information database. However, the program and the required yearly subscription are expensive. In my experience, there are free anti-virus programs that provide equally good protection.

Pros-Its pretty good, and detects most viruses and trojans. Cons-It costs money. There are free anti virus softwares such as avast and AVG. Also, its a memory hog.
