Popeye's Chicken and Biscuit is scrumptious but isn't very nutritionally attractive to the health conscious. Each chicken and biscuit has 350 calories, 20 grams of fat, and 930 grams of sodium. But on a positive note, it contains no trans fat, which is one of the "bad" fats. So an occasional indulgence is may be okay.
