The most reactive metals are the alkali metals in Group I on the periodic table of elements. They become more reactive as you go down the table, making Cesium the most reactive. Francium may be more reactive, but as it is radioactive with a half-life of less than 22 minutes and is exceedingly rare, very little is known about it.

If you are asking what are the most reactive metals on the periodic table, the answer would have to be the Alkali metals. Francium in particular because it has so many layers.
