What are the laws in Florida concerning curfew for teens?

Minors should not be in public places after 11pm and they should not enter public places before 5am during the week. Weekends, the time shifts an hour to 12am and 6am, respectively. Violations result in a $50 fine.

Anyone under 16 is not allowed out Sunday-Thursday 11 pm-5 am, and midnight-6 am weekends/holidays. The hours can be extended by local governments.
