You must pay the impound fee to get it back. You must also pay any outstanding tickets or fines, if that is why the car was towed. If your car was stolen by another, you can get it back without charges.

It is going to depend on several items, so no one will be able to give you an answer without more details. First, laws on impound vary from state to state as well as within municipalities in the state. Secondly, why was the car impounded? It will be different if towed for parking versus impounded for drunk driving.

Most likely there will be a fine imposed so just pay it and get your car. However unlike a regular impound lot they will check to make sure your drivers license, registration and insurance information or any outstanding obligations are taken care of before they give you the car back.

This depends largely upon your location. You will need to contact the police department that impounded the car and set up a plan with them. There will be a fine.

Every jurisdiction can be different. Call the impound for details. You will have to show ownership, a valid license and pay the impound and all fee related to the impound.

Usually you will have to pay a storage fee and whatever else fees that can be connected such as towing, etc.
