Yoga balances the mind and body together. It improves body shape and general condition. It also improves body flexibility and reduces therefore chances for muscular or bone injuries. It improves posture and relaxes the mind and body. It improves mood by producing endorphines production. It is recommended for people who are depressed or anxious especially.

Yoga helps increase flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular health. It also helps a great deal to improve balance. Yoga also lets you move at your own pace and ability while being able to be active right away. The best part about yoga is that you get to move forward by being active but not be confused by footwork like aerobics.

Yoga is a good way to relax, give great flexibility and to improve your core muscles. Your core muscles will help your posture and walking. Overall, Yoga is a full body exercise, and though may seem like it would be easy, will be very difficult to a beginner.

Yoga increases flexibility and bodyweight strength. A good yoga program will reduce blood pressure and make one better at other sports due to the increased flexibility and balance. It will also strengthen connective tissue like tendons and ligaments due to the focus on bodyweight exercises. Yoga also increases sexual performance, which to this man is the most important factor.
