If your blood test results show that you are within the normal range which is between 3.6 and 5.8mm (mmol/L, ie, millimoles/liter) (64.8 and 104.4 mg/dL)then you can tell everybody that you have good glucose ranges.

It all depends if the test is done immediately after meal or couple hours after meal. typically, normal range for a healthy person is 70-110 mg/dl. After meal it can rise to 140 and rapidly return to normal range.

Glucose is a type of sugar that moves throughout the bloodstream. It is part of carbohydrate foods and is regulated by insulin produced by the pancreas. The normal levels are between 70 and 150 mg. The level is usually lower in the morning and increases when you eat. Consistent levels above 150 may indicate hyperglycemia, below 70 may be hypoglycemia.
