What are the DOS commands for Windows 98 start-up?

You must stop Windows from automatically opening & running. Power on and immediately hit F8 several times until it is recognized. DOS commands will be listed for you to choose.

You have to use f8 key, while starting up to windows 98 you simply press f8 key, then a screen comes showing safe mode, safe mode with networking etc. You just go to that step, safe mode in "command prompt". This will take you to the DOS commands for windows start-up.

The problem is that Windows 98 is its own operating system, unlike Windows 3. 0 or 95 which ran on top of the DOS program. So there aren't any DOS commands... sorry.
