What are the different types of laxatives?

I can't do suppository. What else is out there?

Most laxatives are taken orally, either in tablet or liquid form. Laxatives, stool softeners and fiber supplements can all have the same effect. Laxatives should not be taken long-term and quickly their effectiveness.

Laxatives such as Normacol, which is made from natural ingredients works miraculously well when taken with a glass of water at bedtime.

There a lot of laxatives out there, so many to choose from. I would suggest a stool softner instead it will be easier on your stomach. Another choice is Miralax which helps to regulate you.
