The breeds of Pitbulls I am familiar with are Old Family Red Nose ,Colby, Corvino, Hammonds, Klaus and Tudor. The names of the Pitbulls fall into these categories: Pitbull, Pitbull Terriers, Pitbull Dog, American Pitbull, and American Pitbull Dog.

It isn't the different breeds of the dog its the different blood lines of the breed and there are many but be warned if you have a pitbull or are thinking of getting one the tempermant of the animal and the trustworthiness of it will totally depend on how it is raised.

Pitbulls are Pitbulls. There are some breeders that will try to tell you that he ones with red or blue noses are a special kind of pitbull, but that is just not true. It is like saying that every different fur color pitbull is a special breed. It is really silly.

pitbull IS the breed .. you are askin what bloodlines there are . There are more false bloodlines than real ones , Tudor , jeep , eli , redboy are bloodlines of apbt. gotti and razors edge are a mixed breed known as american bully.
