Turkey burgers have slightly less fat than a buffalo burger, I do believe that buffalo meat does have a higher amount of proteins and nutrients than that of turkey. Buffalo is more expensive.

Both are very lean meats. A buffalo burger can contain about 2 grams of fat as opposed to a turkey burger which can have about 4-5.
