Pretty much the right to be treated equally and in a humane manner regardless of individual traits or differences. I would sum it up as basic human rights.

Employees have the right to a safe work place. They have the right to at least minimum wage. They must receive a break every 4 hours, either for food or bathroom break.

Basic employee rights are have knowledge about the job, seek training to perform a specified task, work in a safe and healthy environment, employers should provid necessary safety gadget and related training if the job requires,leave facilities as per the statuary requirements, drinking water etc. Further, the work place should be free form any sort of discrimination among employees.

You have the right to be treated with dignity and respect. You are an employee at will in most states which means you are under no contractual obligation to continue employement at the company and they are under to contractual obligation to continue your employment either. This works both ways.

The common rights of employees are working hours, lunch breaks, resting time and wages or salary. These are the basic requirements to be fulfilled by the employer after recruiting. To be fulfilled only if the employee works as per the company's instructions.
