Seminal fluid is the fluid used to transmit sperm, or in which sperm cells are present. Only if a man has very serious fertility issues is there any functional difference.

Depending on additional factors such as ovulation cycle and the fertility rate of each person involved, the "chances of getting pregnant with semen" can be rather high. The reason being, semen is the substance in which the sperm are contained. It is through the liquid substance of semen that sperm is ultimately delivered to the egg.
