Bad breath, or halitosis is a very popular problem for many people. The main reasons for halitosis is tooth decay, gum disease, bacteria on the tongue, sinus infections and acid reflux. Make sure you are brushing your teeth, flossing and even giving your tongue a scrub to help the problem. If this doesn't help, see a doctor.

Bacteria is a very common cause of bad breath, as are cavities and oral yeast infections. The foods you eat also contribute to how your breath smells. Besides that, there are a lot of serious illnesses that cause bad breath--if brushing and flossing doesn't help, see a doctor.
