Approximately 2 years between pregnancies gives the best chance for your body to recover and have a healthy, full-term baby. Shorter intervals as well as longer intervals increase risks. However, most doctors will tell you a year is sufficient time, so if you want another right away, go for it.

Most woman are very fertile after giving birth and ovulate 14 days after the start of their menustral cycle. Therefore if your last mentral period was Oct 1st, your best chances of conceiving would be on October 15th, assuming that you have a normal cycle and ovulate regularly.

Most doctors will tell you to take about a year between normal pregnancies. When you're pregnant, your internal organs shift around and take time to return to their regular locations. If you get pregnant too soon, you can have problems later in life.

Most doctors say to wait about a year after giving birth to have another baby. It takes about a year for the body to fully recover. Your female organs definately need this time to get strong again and time is needed for your period to be like it was before.
