If you have to take something to stop it, Imodium is the best over the counter remedy. Otherwise, keep liquid levels high - broth, jello and fruit juices are good. Also, yogurt will help supply the bowel with "good" bacterias.

Cranberry juice is a very common remedy that will work on most people. Taking a laxitive will help the diarrhea.
