None. Just let the dog be and watch his hair eventually get tangled into a mess. This will make him unique.

It depends on what you personally prefer for your Pomeranian and if you plan to show them or not. Show dogs do sometimes require specific cuts, but other than that you can do what you want.

Leave their hair long. You should never shave a pomeranian. If you do want to cut their hair, be sure to leave at least a half inch of length.
