You will have to find some premises to rent. Buy one truck or lorry and you yourself will have to drive and deliver goods to start the company, advertise and hopefully build. Choose what type of goods you want to build your company with.

How much start up capital you have? number of vehicles in your fleet, local and state permits, maintenance of your trucks, drivers payroll, yard leases, business contacts to procure work. First, become a contract driver for another national carrier and learn what it takes before you take the next steps.

The start up costs have a great range. They can be reduced by leasing your first trucks. This is something you will have to research.

You can expect to pay atleast 100 grand in starting up the company. First, you will have to purchase a couple of trucks that will transport your goods. Then staffing costs and also you have to acquire deals. It is no easy process and you will need a lot of money to be successful.
