If you are wearing natural colors then you can choose a more vibrant watch band as an accent, with some other matching accessories. If you are wearing vibrant colors choose a natural watch color.
While I don't wear a watch but carry a cell phone. I strongly recommend a patterned neutral color because it goes with everything and the pattern gives a textured look to the band
