They are to do a regular and balanced diet which means having the habit of eating proper quantities that contain the vital nutrients for the body and present in the food pyramid. It means to provide the right amount of calories per day that contain the essential nutrients needed.

The basic concepts of nutrition are macro nutrients: protein, fat and carbohydrates, and micro nutrients: trace amounts of vitamins and minerals.
