Some tips for corn are protect young seedling from pests using snail bait after rain and cultivate in rows to keep clean from weeds. Those brown tips can be trimmed by scissor and take care of corn ear from bird and water them every seven to ten days. Soil should be fertile and need little light, no need to care much.

Protect young seedlings from pests using snail bait (replenish after rain). Cultivate between rows to keep clear from weeds. Protect corn ears from birds using netting and from burrowing pests by securing the ear with a tie or elastic band (where silk emerges), or spray with pesticide after flowering.

You'll need to keep it somewhere where it gets sun, but is not directly in the sun. Water your corn plant until the soil is moist, not soaked! Also, if your corn plant is kept inside, the leaves are easy to dust off. Use a cloth and room temperature water!

Corn plants do well with only moderate light. Water them every seven to ten days by the base of the stalk to ensure water absorption into their shallow root system.

Do not weed it the roots are very shallow and it will fall over make sure the raccoons can't get to it and last it will take better care of its self than you can.

Corn likes nitrogen so make sure the soil is fertile. When the tassels and corn silk emerge, water the stalks at ground level only to avoid spraying the pollen and reducing the number of kernels. Shake tassels in mid-morning to help pollinate the silk which in turn develops kernels.

Corn plant wants only little care. Low light is enough for that.seven or ten days once we have to put water thoroughly. This plant is mostly infected by bugs or mites. That time we can apply the soapy mixture of water or ash.If we apply ash for plant it takes what ever it wants.

Water corn plants every 7 - 10 days. Water the plant near the stalk. If the leaves turn yellow, refrain from watering as you may be drowning your plant.

Corn plants should be planted close together, about 2 to 4 inches apart, to guarantee pollination of the plants. Once established, thin the plants to about 2 feet apart.

Corn is tollerant of drought, but should not be left in direct light without some watering. Be careful of overwatering and causing the roots to rot if anything.
