Check for items you cannot see that might be using the battery, like the trunk light, if something is pressing on it.

A car battery can be drained by leaving your headlamps on overnight. It can also be drained by a bad alternator.

One of the biggest things that could drain your battery is a short somewhere in the electical system. They can be very hard to trace.

You could have a short in your electrical system. Maybe your dome light was left on. Not running the car for a long period of time could be a cause.
