What are some things I can do for tense muscles?

I seem to get them a lot and need some help in getting rid of them.

Have you tried a hot bath? Sometimes just sitting in the warm water can sooth and losen tense muscles. Also try putting a little baby oil on the area and massaging out the soreness. Also, invest in a heating pad or reusable hot packs and apply to affected area.

If you have severe tense muscles, you might consider consulting your doctor about getting on a muscle relaxer. Doing Yoga everyday is also a great way to relax and release tension. Stretch and exercise everyday and get a massage every so often.

If you tend to get tense muscles often than perhaps you should seek out your doctor and talk to him about getting a muscle relaxer. Take a hot bath.

Eat more potassium. like bananas greenbeans or orangejuice. Also, take a bath with hot water, that will help your muscles relax. you can also take a vitamin that will help you get the vitamins that you need daily for your muscles not to ache. Call your doctor to see if there is something else that you can do at home.

For tense muscles you must first focus on your diet because it is the most important part of the whole process. You can do a good job in gym to your body with the correct foods. You must take many work outs like barbell curl,tricep dips,supersets,skull crushers.
