A couple of things to see in Austin is the Bartin springs pool for a cool swim. Mt Bonnell which is the hightest point in Austin, and Hamilton Pool Reserve

Austins is the Live Music Capital of the World. You will find great shows every night. There are excellent restaurants and art galleries.

Austin is well-known for its live music scene and a classic place to go for that is Stubbs BBQ. The Texas State Capitol is also worth a visit.

Definitely take a walk downtown. The last time I was there I got a tattoo. It was an awesome experience with all of my friends.
