There are no "safe vomit inducers. " Ipecac is used only in emergencies. Except in emergencies, the body has mechanisms that determine the need to vomit. There are no medications to routinely induce "safe" vomiting. Regular forced vomiting damages the body, the teeth and causes death.

Ipecac syrup can be bought at any drugstore and is the safest thing to use to cause vomiting. It is used only for drug overdose - not for weight loss.

Vomit inducement in general is not safe. You're forcing your body to kick stomach acid and contents back up the throat causing damage. If still needed, consult with a doctor.

Ipecac is probably the easiest item to procure that will induce vomiting. This should be taken with caution, however, as it is safe only in small doses on rare occasions. There are no safe emetics for regular or frequent use. All emetics should be used with extreme caution as they can interfere with normal digestion and function.
