Laws and Second Amendment rights allow citizens to own guns. If the government could control behavior and mental illness, there would be no crime of any kind.

By law, people who meet certain criteria are allowed to possess guns in the U. S. The government has no way of controlling crazy people. An individual who wants a gun can get a gun and can easily skirt the controls currently in place.

According to the law, there is a certain criteria which you have to meet to posses a gun. they are making this law stricter to reduce these shootings.
