Roads, which Romans practically invented. Romans were also the first to figure out how to properly drain roads. Aqueducts, plumbing, hospitals, large bridges, are some of the other big ones.

Aqueducts, triumphal arches, and Roman numerals which were constructed around fingers on the hand. Also apartment blocks, and relaxing structures such as spas and heated pools. Law and government was not invented by the Romans but it was surely profected. The marital and divorce legislation was extremely advance for the time.
