Sector nine makes a good skate board, but some the best boards on the market are made by riders themselves or at specialty shops where you have to know someone to get them to make you a board. Try hanging around skate parks and asking people where to go.

I'm not sure if children would use different skateboards than adults would but I have heard good things about element. That's one of the highest rated skateboards. There is also toy machine which has excellent decks from what I've heard, and zero are supposed to be very strong as well.

There are many companies out there that make quality skate boards. Just buy from a quality skate shop or catalog not a store like Walmart. Some brands to look for are zero, alien workshop, habitat, element, girl, toy machine, flip, and baker. Make sure the board comes with name brand wheels and trucks.

i usually dont do skateboarding. because its not common in our country. But i have seen tonny hawk and his skateboard and i like the ones he uses during his skateboarding
