Vitamin K is present in the greatest amounts in dark, green leafy vegetables and those related to cabbage, like Brussels sprouts, cauliflower (the highest content) and broccoli. Spinach, tomatoes, kale and green beans are excellent sources, too.

Vitamin K is associated mostly with veggies, so the best food sources of Vitamin K are naturally low-cal and fat-free. Good sources are dark green vegetables like broccoli and broccolini, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, spinach, kale and chard.
