Peach and blue are good. We look for decorative floral items using either peach florals or blue florals. Mixing blue with peach flowers looks too busy and clumsy.

Go to the paint store and get a swatch of colors. Yhey come four on a strip. Pick the color you want and then pick the light or darker shade of the one you picked out. I paint the botton one color, top and chair rail the other two colors.

If you paint one wall peach and another wall or the trim a light mossy green you will get a nice accent. I used peach and light sea green but the blue overtones did not do as well as a more mossy green. You might want to buy a small amount of each color and try it first.

If an entire wall is painted peach, try using a white/off white and sponging over it for a textured look. Also if a border will be put up, try using one with darker colors, it will make the room appear taller and the dark/light combo will enhance each other.

Wherever they're used in the home, peach and blue in combination is a feminine color palette that evokes delicate florals
