Using hot water on a washcloth and placing it on the cyst for a about 15 minutes a day should bring it to a head making it easier to remove.

My sister had one of these and about all she was able to do was clean it with hydrogen peroxide and massage it with her fingers.

Take a wooden spoon and heat it above your stove. When it is good and hot, place it on the cyst directly. DO NOT touch it to your skin without testing if it is TOO hot!

Do hot water immersion and fomentation of hot packs [bearable] on the lesion. Do such fomentation at least 3-4 times per day for at least one week and cyst will try to come to surface. Once it comes to surface, squeeze it and drain the contents. Once cyst is empty, do daily dresssing on lobe to heal it.

Apply warm or hot washcloth,(however warm you can stand it) to earlobe two times a day for 5 minutes until cyst disappears.
