Pouring hot coffee down sink drains and then filling them up with ice will eliminate where they breed. This is more effective than bleach.

Place a bowl of white or yellow vinegar where the flies gather. For some reason, they go to the vinegar and drown themselves. White is the better of the two.

The seasalt is a best remedy.Mix the salt with water in 3:1 ratio,sprinkle the water in the place; it will chase away the flies.It is a good remedy for any insect bothering you.Clean the places regularly with disinfectants.Keep all food your items covered.If dirts are removed immediately the flies will fly away.
