It is also used as a topical in the upper palate for cluster headache relief. It is also used for fiber tube optical examinations.

Cocaine is illegal and should not be taken to treat any medical aliments or conditions. In the past it was used as an anesthetic in Europe. In America it was used to teat depression, treat sinusitis, hay fever,chronic fatigue and for appetite suppression. There are other was today treat these conditions.
