The only good lawyer game I know of starts a man named Phoenix Wright. It tells the story of how he wins a case, and you follow that storyline. The game is called Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney and it is available for Game Boy Advanced and Nintendo DS.

Your best bet for a party game is the Wii version of Harvey Birdman: Attorney At Law. However if you have some DS's to pass around the best lawyer series I've ever touched is the Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney series. They are fun and silly and superb, lots of yelling "OBJECTION! " into your DS.

Some of the good lawyer games are concerts and baseballs. One can have musical chairs which will be very interesting and will be knowing how cunningly one plays to get the chair.

There is actually a game called "The lawyers Game". It is a board game where you can be the judge, the defense attorney or the jury. In the game you hold sessions for such characters as "Princess Kleptomania of Kuwait" who is accused of shoplifting. A little fun for someone in the serious scheme of it.
