The best program is the one that has a spot for you, is willing to support your academics and can serve as a launching pad to Division I. JC football for the most part is a blip in terms of competition with the programs at Division I.

There are several junior colleges that have football to name a few Alfred State, Arizona Western, Arkansas Baptist, Central Lakes, Coffeyville Community College, Dodge City Community College

Depending on the state you live in, you may want to research the football history of colleges you have in mind. For instance, California has several junior colleges with excellent football reputations. Start with your home state, but you may have to look farther to other states. Check residency requirements and tuition fees.
