The first that springs to mind is a language teacher, either English or Spanish. Or a travel rep. If living in a Spanish speaking country office work.

A good job for anyone who is bi-lingual is that of a legal translator. During the course of depositions or court trials with someone who does not speak English, you will translate both question and answer into the person's native tongue.
