In order to answer a question about excercises for your age, you would first need to provide your age. If you are an older adult in good physical health, there is no reason you shouldn't be able to do a full-fledged adult workout in a moderation that is appropriate for your abilities.

It depends on your age. Weight lifting is applicable to all ages. If you're older, start with very light weights and don't push it too much.

If your age is between 40-50 years of age, a regimen of aerobic acAtivity, combined with resistance training, will help you maintain heart health and bone strength. Variety in your exercise routine will help with boredom. Consult with your doctor before starting an exercise program.

Any exercise is good exercise. But the ones that come to mind are power walking and small weights. Perhaps even step aerobics (you can buy a dvd or something). Or of course you could go to spin class at the local gym or even spen some time in the pool.

It will depend on what your age is as well as your health condition. For that matter, regardless how old or young you are, you should always get professional advice and a medical checkup before starting any type of exercise. Besides that, it's good to know what is your intention by working out (muscle development, cardiovascular improvement, better stamina, etc. )

For older adults the best exercises are ones that build bone strength like walking or jogging, for middle aged adults it's about building endurance with exercises such as swimming, for adults and teens building muscle through strength training is important. All ages should get cardio and weight training in.
